Start ‘em:
Blue Matchups
WR Dominek Hixon - Well Nicks can’t stay healthy and Hixon is his
backup. The Giants prefer Hixon to Barden. 11 targets last week and facing a
bad Browns secondary in week 5. If you need a WR this week, take a chance on
Hixon.
RB Marshawn Lynch - This is one of the best matchups
of the week. Seattle will run all day on Carolina’s soft run D. Lynch has been
one of the most consistent players in fantasy this season.
QB Andrew Luck - The Colts simply cannot run the ball
and have an awful defense, which will lead to Luck throwing from behind quite
often. That includes this week in GB.
Vikings Offense - Start everyone against the Titans,
they are giving up fantasy points to every offensive position. Peterson &
Harvin could both have monster days.
RB Ryan Mathews - Don’t let Norv Turner fool you,
Mathews is their best RB and will get the ball. He should run all over the
Saints. Only a matter of time before he breaks out.
Falcons Passing Attack - Atlanta has moved to a pass first and often
team. Washington’s D has been shredded by the air attack all year, so Matt Ryan
should go crazy here.
Sit ‘em:
Black Matchups
QB Michael Vick - The Steelers are getting 3
defensive starters back this week. Also, Vick is hard to trust every week now.
If you have a quality backup QB I would go with that this week.
RB Steven Ridley - Denver is doing a great job against the run,
plus you never know who Bill Belichick is going to put in at RB. Ridley is by
far their best RB, but Bill doesn’t care, he likes to play the matchups.
RB Mark Ingram - You just can’t trust him at this point. He
doesn’t see the field enough, plus SD is great against the run. I’m not even
sure why they moved up to draft him at this point.
RB BenJarvus Green-Ellis - Miami has one of the best run defenses in
the league, this will force the Bengals to throw, which they prefer to do
anyway.
RB Chris Johnson - He did have a nice game last week,
but much of it seemed to come in garbage time. The Houston D didn’t seem too concerned
with stopping the run throughout the game either. The Vikings D is underrated
this season and much improved along the defensive front.
